Normally I would make a leftovers omuraisu with of all the little tidbits, but this time the bits and pieces where large enough to be presentable without an egg omelet and rice disguise. So this snack box contains the “last of” tomatoes, falafel, broccolini, mozza pearls, and the cute little baby potatoes! Which I must say were very sweet for plain white potatoes! I ‘m making a note to get more of those, but for the life of me, I can’t remember where I bought them! Maybe these truly are the “last of”.
