First of all, this delicious bento is not mine! But I am adding it to a twitter collection via my nightly #bentoblitz!
Both Saba Man’s lunch and snack bentos contain the same delicious ingredients!
Making fried rice for Saba Man. Ham, green onion, egg, and cold rice.
Refrigerator-cold rice is important.
Whoa! Did I go a little bit overboard with the sushi rice!? I froze a bunch of it and still had enough for another bento!
Sheri of Happy Little Bento with her cute Frankenstein’s monster is this year’s “Best Of the Month Bento” for October.
And what fun did we have?!! Wow, everyday I would rush home to see what creative bento awaited. So terrifically talented, everyone of you.
