Salmon and Brussels Sprouts Bento

Posted on November 13, 2010 by Debra

We’ve definately turned the corner where our weather is concerned.  No more flip-flops, tee shirts, and shorts!   From here on out it’s layered clothing, thick socks, and rain boots!

But who cares about my wardrobe?  Let’s get to the kitchen and its own autumn tranformation … more baking and roasting!

I think it’s safe to say that  this bento is a fair representation of the trend with it’s  baked salmon and roasted brussels sprouts!

I admit that I love cranking up my toaster oven and roasting the heck out of anything and everthing.   So get ready for my roasting madness!

How about you?  Any changes to your own cooking habits due to the seasonal change?
