Cake Noodle with Fried Tofu
It’s #twitterfoodparty Monday! Every last Monday of the month some twitter foodie friends share a photo of the that month’s theme. October is pasta or noodles!
My dish is “Cake Noodles with Tofu!” Double-cooked chowmein noodles, lightly boiled, then fried into a cake, cut into squares and topped with a savory mix of fried tofu, carrots, onions, shoyu, and vegetarian hoisin sauce!
It’s crunchy-on-the-outside then soft-on-the-inside sensation is tantalizing and I can’t stop eating it.
We are using the hashtag #twitterpastaparty if you’d like to follow or contribute! No pressure to do so but it’s a lot of fun!

Yummy! I can see why it’s addicting. Cake noodles are the best!
This looks so delicious! I remember my dad cooking us yakisoba and frying the cooked noodles till they become crispy.. could eat only that (and skip the veggies! ahahah, I was a little kid ^_^)
Inspiring
