Hi Ariel, I’ve never tried growning my own shiso as I can buy it easily here in my local stores. I’ve seen shiso seeds so I’m sure there’s a way. What a great idea to farm our own shiso for bentos!

ooh, saffron rice and shiso leaf sounds like a GREAT combo! and as usual you’ve totally jazzed up the burgers with the pretty details – i am loving this watermelon radish and need to get my hands on some, asap! can’t wait for the tuna burger recipe

Hi Maria, Thanks for your nice comments. I love the Wonder Bread box too! It was a gift from a very sweet bento-friend and it’s one of my favorites! You should definately try using yours as a bento box… it’s perfect dimensions make for easy filling.
