wow, i love the effect here of the watermelon radishes with the takuwan (?) slices layered over top — agree with bentobird, it’s a very stylish and mod effect. i love decorations like this that can be easily and quickly assembled but have a bold impact. great series!

The tuna with mayo and shoyu sounds so simple. I have to cook some for myself soon. Really great for a speed bento for sure!

Watermelon radish are so stylish! Looks just great, and your directions should show skeptics how quickly a super bento can be put together. I’d add some sprouts and baby greens for color and crunch–thats it!

This looks great! I think I will make this recipe when I try out my new bento box this week! I’m thinking of maybe adding some peas, green onions, and celery to the tuna as well. I’ll let you know how it turns out!
